Yes, a weighted baseball can be held on the tee. My son has put the weighted calculator to good use. Even the tiniest wiffle balls are included. This t-shirt can be worn in a variety of ways. Very long-lasting. When he first began playing, we bought him this tee a few years ago. It continues to perform admirably. As some people have mentioned, we haven't even had to replace the top. I've been putting off buying this for years because it's pricey, but after buying garbage the year before, it would have been much more cost effective to do this in the first place.
The rubber piece that the ball sits on won't dent wood or metal bats, so it's well built and sturdy. When players hit the tee lower than expected, the weight I ordered with it came highly recommended by another friend and really keeps the base steady. For shipping, the product was appropriately protected. The price and quality of the materials used are simply unbeatable. It's also made in the United States.
This is something that my son utilizes on a regular basis. He is eight years old and stands about four feet and seven inches tall for his age. My 7-year-old daughter, who stands at 4' tall, can also hit it comfortably. Unless you're looking for something for a very small child, I would recommend this one over the youth version. The tee is extremely durable and should last a long time!.
The Tanner Tee is a fantastic choice. I recommend purchasing the weight, especially if your players are young. Young players don't always hit the ball, and the unlucky ones are the ones who end up with the ball in their hands. If a player strikes the tee rather than the ball, a weighted tee can easily topple. Picking up the tee over and over again can be exhausting. Alternatively, I've seen people simply take a ten-pound weight. Slip it over the tee like a weight room weight. The only flaw in this tee is that the section where the ball is placed is a little flimsy (by design). The flimsy top, similar to a brush, The top tee is great for hitting baseballs, but I also have my kids hit large weighted balls like Muhl Tech balls, which teach kids how to drive their hands through the ball. The flimsy tee top struggles to keep the heavier balls in place. Even with this minor flaw, there is no better tee on the market, and I will almost certainly never purchase another brand.
It appears to be in perfect condition. We have never had a single issue. Even the top, where the ball rests, is in excellent condition (it was never replaced). We use it all of the time, and my son's entire 11U team does as well, so I highly recommend it.

It's simple to set up and get going. I like how the tee gives you real feel when you hit the ball, as opposed to the stiffness you get from regular tees if you get some of the tee's rubber. This tee has seen a lot of action and has so far held up well. Tanner Tee is a great option!.
This is the best tee on the market. Don't waste your time with anything else. And I'm glad I was able to lose the weight. It's extremely beneficial to keep it in place and avoid falling over.
