Apparently the helmet was scratched when it arrived! A good fit is provided by the helmet

Nevertheless, the helmet was scratched at the top corners due to packaging and delivery. Aside from that, however, it's a great helmet.

It is adjustable and is a wonderful fit. I am not sure why the throat guard is not sold with it or if you have to buy it separately. Be more upfront about what you are doing.
