Questions & Answers

What is the significance of the twoo knee pads that tris item came with?

There is no one size fits all

Is there a version with a black backing available?

Black is the backing on all of mine.

Do you know if this is imported or made in the U.S.?

Sadly, I don't see anything that says Made in America, so I'm not 100% sure. Although the packaging may not be familiar to me, I would be surprised if they were not made in China.

The weight of my body is 220 lbs. I am 6'2" and 220 lbs. Would it be better to buy the XL or L ?

XL is the way to go. Despite the fact that the size is small, the material is of high quality.

The pain of sliding has been with me ever since then
5/5

That's all right. Over the course of this season, I have saved my leg countless times. When I slipped into home plate with just shorts on in a city park field a decade ago, I injured my nerves It is hard and rocky, without any grooming). For about 10 inches of my calf, it ripped all of the first few layers of skin off. I still have pain whenever I try to slide since then. That's no longer the case. The pad has made me want to "get dirty" again and save that precious playtime. no longer experience slipping or scraping, and it also helps to prevent bruises that occur due to an occasional "awkward" ugly slide. The material is a bit thicker than I expected, which is fine for me, but could prove cumbersome to some players as they try to wear it comfortably. My legs are covered by this from above the knee all the way down to my calf even though I'm 6'2". It was just where I suffered nerve damage and road rash. My baseball pants are a little baggy, and you can't even tell I have them on unless I sit This product does a better job of staying up or anchored than I had.

For cave diving, the best knee and shin guard
5/5

Exactly what I was looking for! Because I have thick thighs and legs, I ordered one size up as the L was too small. When I cave I use them as knee and shin guards and they are very comfortable! My caving socks are still in good condition after four trips. I cleaned and dried them. This is a recommendation I'll not hesitate to give. The following measurements should be used as a There is an area with a circumference of 16 inches in the right above knee. This guard's length ends about 4 inches above the ankle, and the circumference measures about 11 inches. It's rare that they slip down when I'm caving, but most of the time they stay put.

Although some adults may have difficulty sliding on this pad, it is a great sliding pad
4/5

These were the shirts I wore as a kid on my travel softball team, so I ordered one to wear when I play in adult recreational games. The average person in my family is A size 8 is a bit tight on the upper part of my leg, above the knee, for someone my size (5'7'' and athletic build, 160 lbs). Having larger thighs was not a good choice for me since I got it in a large. A lot of adults might have difficulty fitting into this. Yet, it is still a great sliding pad if it is the right size for.

Don't take my word for it - buy it now Sliding your heart out is fun! Softball players must have this item
5/5

When I played HS, I never owned one, but I bought one with the rest of my teammates while playing in a competitive slow pitch league. Wow, I am in awe! These years of bleeding and scabs that have been there for nothing I am saving my life with this thing! Furthermore, because the extra confidence is given to those who don't normally slide, those of us who love the slide no longer have to worry about it getting in the way! As a player and at practice, I am tearing it up on the bases and at shortstop, and the MVP is holding up like it should. What I can't believe is how much dirt it gets despite no A product of this caliber is so affordable, you don't have an excuse not to purchase.

I didn't like the size at all, it was There is a very small size run here
3/5

She cannot even pull up over her knee, like I'm thinking she will need a large. I have a normal sized 10 year old daughter. There's no way any of these sizes are going to fit a high school player unless the manufacturer runs such inconsistently that there's no way I can return them. We'll keep for our 6 year old granddaughter, but I wouldn't want to return them.

My old high knee (and shin) guards were Adams USA Trace Long Style Softball Knee Guards
5/5

I played softball and I had a pair a few Sadly, I was unable to find the large ones at my local sporting goods stores, so I was thrilled to find them on Amazon Prime! While I am about 5'11" and 175 pounds, the large fits my legs very well, the pads are a bit smaller than expected given the fact that most softball/baseball players tend to have larger legs. The big pad goes from just above my knee/lower quad down to the top of the ankle, even leaving room for ankle guards and other body armor. The colors are the same as displayed on the website regardless of the size. I wear these along with other compression knee pads and they fit perfectly, even after running around the field for a couple hours. Softballs (which are hard) bounce right off the pads and leave no injuries, which is a huge plus for anybody who plays competitive softball.

Providing leg protection is a must
4/5

These are the kind of jackets we have used for years with our 10U softball team. As a result, they are difficult to get on and off. You also have to remove your cleats to do so, but they are really good at protecting your thighs when you slide them when you have It can be hot with these on when it is a hot day, so they pull them down to the shins when playing on.

This is a great "Shin" guard for softball! It seems like these are really good The knee pads aren't used for knee protection at all
5/5

As shin guards, they're perfect for me. My calf fits perfectly into the opening at the back of the knee and there is sufficient coverage from the top of my foot to just below the knee, which has been helpful since I play third base in a softball league for over 50. The shoes stay up and I don't have a problem running in them (well, if you do what I do as Wearing loose fitting baseball pants over them is an option for me. They're also used by our pitcher!.
