These have been with me for a while now and I haven't had an issue. I use them for indoor basketball, and they do their job well. Although they stretched or ran, there was no tear on their faces. Wash them quickly in cold water, without bleach, using just regular laundry detergent, and wash just small loads of like socks and underwear avoid washing them with extremely heavy items or heavy items for a long time. You should air dry them after the wash. Do not use the dryer after the wash. This will shrink the pads and cause them to tear.

The product is good. I'm a shortstop and I dive a lot, so I have to wear them a lot. Keep them out of the dryer at all costs. You will instantly ruin the padding and they won't fit you anymore.
