Can you tell me what color it is? Despite its name, it appears more gray or silver than black. ?

As depicted, the mask appears as it does in the photo. It has a black cage and a black headpiece.

Is this suitable for children 6 years of age?

Our six year old wore it perfectly, and we ordered a second one to replace our previous one that was 9 years old. The straps can be easily adjusted and the kiddos can get on and off the backpack easily. It has a very sturdy construction but is very lightweight.

Which do you consider to be the correct answer? Is there a difference between 11 and under and 11 and older?

We are looking for children 11 and younger. Quite a lot of youths wear that size. The adult is at least 12 years old

Would you like to know how the padding feels ?

Despite the hard rubber padding on the forehead, it retains a very lightweight feel and breathes well. The multiple straps allow for a customized fit, and the wearer can adjust it to their liking! I am glad to hear from you.

The skirt was the perfect fit for her face and it snuggled around her head like a glove. Adjustments are great and easy to make (even for her or another child on the team), and each can be adjusted separately if the child is wearing a pony tail. A child doesn't feel uncomfortable with it because the material is very light. In spite of all the pain she anticipated from being hit in the face with a ball, she felt no pain at all. For a child, this is an excellent product!.

I like how it fits

A perfect fit is one of my daughter's favorite things about the This small piece of clothing has a strap that I like, and it is connected at the chin. I have never found this chin piece to fall off like other chin pieces do This mask also had a better view than others without blind spots, according to my daughter.

This is too small for an 8 year old who is avg height and size

Good for a few uses, but it doesn't stay adjusted. This jacket is already too small for my average size 8 year old, so this was a bit of a letdown.
