However, the back of the yellow one indicates that it is the same size as the blue one. I cannot use the item since it is too large for my 7 year old. I will be returning it. In comparison to the Blue helmet from the store, the padding on the Blue helmet is thicker and fits much better. Maybe the green one is a knockoff, but I'm not sure why there would be a difference. We have never used it, so we can't comment on anything other than the size difference.

This helmet was purchased for my son, who is 9 years old. I love how comfortable and well made it is.
I have no problems with the helmet - The only difference is a tiny one. Despite being 6 years old, my son did not fit into it. had taken all the tags and stickers off, so I had no option but to return the item. I have to give it to my friend who also has a 2 yr old and it is too small on him.
I think it is very comfortable, says my son.
The softball equipment is a big hit with my daughter. Her head is a little bit bigger than hers, lol, but she's 12 years old. Exactly what I wanted.
