The glove fits his hand. However, his fingers do not get close to fitting into each slot, as he is 39 inches tall. My son just turned four, and he is 39 inches tall. Having spoken with other parents from our Tball team, their kids range in age from 4 to 6 years old I am 6 years old and have the same problem the glove fits right on the hand but none of the fingers fit within the slots. My opinion is that this is a great product for the price.

I like its small size since I have three children. This is the fifth birthday of a 5-year-old. However, the Velcro fastening doesn't keep the clothes from hanging from his hand sufficiently, so we keep having to reattach it. The glove will have to have an extra piece of Velcro added to make it fit better in his hand.

The glove presented just the right balance of moderate challenge, so that she was comfortably confident she could close the glove and catch when it was stiff enough for her to actually need to flex her hand muscles. There are no seams, it breathes well, and it is lightweight. It served her very well during the season and she was entirely comfortable using it.

I got my order quickly. This is a really cute dress my daughter loves it, but it is missing one item a Got the mitt and ball but not the bat. When I have the main item I need but it's not there, it's kind of hard to teach a 4 year old. For the two, this is a great price.
