I wear a size 14 and it wouldn't fit in the shoe compartment, maybe a size 10 would, so I put them in the main compartment and put balls in the shoe compartment. It's still a fantastic bag, but it could be a little bigger.
Yes, a fifteen-year-old could use this bag.
It's hidden beneath the top strap of the bag. After a few days with it, my daughter discovered it.
Adult-size cleats will not fit in the shoe compartment, in my opinion. For a size 2 youth, this is a tight fit.

br>br>This bag has a pocket on the outside with clips for his helmet, as well as a pocket at the bottom for cleats. He now keeps his batting gloves in a small pocket at the top of the bag. His baseball gloves and undershirts are kept in the inside pocket. It's a lot easier for him to stay organized between innings now that he only has to unclip one side of his helmet to get it in and out, and he can put it back in the bag instead of leaving it out on the bench.
I enjoy the bag in general. This baseball season, I purchased two for my grandson. The helmet attaching to the outside of the bag is great because they don't have to struggle to fit it inside, and it gives them a lot more storage room for gloves, shirts, and other items. The bag itself appears to be fairly sturdy, but the plastic hook to attach the bag to the fence had already snapped off three weeks into the season. On a $70 bag, I'm not sure why a low-cost plastic hook was used. We're using a D ring in its place after a trip to the hardware store. I expected a bag of this price to last at least a couple of seasons, if not more, rather than having parts start breaking after only a few weeks.
There is ample space! I bought the all-white and all-red outfits for my ten-year-old and eight-year-old daughters. They're fantastic. With the helmet on the outside, there's a lot more space in the side pockets, and the bottom pocket is perfect for their sliders. There's enough space for their glove, batting gloves, softballs, a change of clothes, and other necessities. They keep their eyes black on the zipper pocket at the very top. Despite what other reviews claim, the small hanger is tucked away in the back. It's quite a hefty tote. My 8-year-old thinks it's too big, but she likes it and will grow into it.
This bag was purchased for my son as well as a few of his teammates. Everything a 12-year-old needs is in the bag. A 9U player is required. Most of the bats are well protected in the area where you keep them. Inside, there's plenty of room for all of our catcher's equipment. If you want your team's logo or number embroidered on the front, there's a good spot where the kids' helmets are kept.
I also travel a lot to different mountain biking destinations and have been looking for a bag to hold all of my cycling gear (including helmets and shoes). br>By chance, I came across this "baseball" bag at Dicks Sporting Goods and noticed that it had a shoe slot and, hallelujah, a helmet slot! I decided to go with Amazon because it was the same price as Dicks but had a much larger color selection. br>Bag is well-made and ideal for road trips with cycling gear (water bottles fit perfectly in the baseball bat slots). br>It's only been two months since I got the bag. I'll try to do another review of how it's holding up in 2019 (if I remember).
If the helmet is not in the bottom, they fall over, and the bottom, as well as the window area where the helmet goes, are completely torn after only one season. Anyway, this is an Easton bag review, not a Boombah review: ) I'm delighted that my 6-year-old's travel team has chosen this bag over the rolling ones. This one is extremely durable, and the team logo and player names/numbers will be embroidered in a large area on the front. A much better bag for a young player, even a serious one, with plenty of room for all of their gear and side pockets for bats, water bottles, and frog togs, among other things.
There is one gripe. We bought this bag for a tballer, so it's a little too big for us right now. We chose it because of its high quality, hoping that it would last him for many years, which appears to be the case. Very nice and of good quality. But there's one thing I'm going to make a big deal about: Is there no catcher's mitt? Except that those can be sold separately, I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm having a hard time finding a bag that doesn't include or have the fence hook attached. What's the point of leaving it out this time?.
So far, I've been very pleased with it. The clip has been tucked away for those who thought it had vanished. This is a larger backpack that is ideal for kids who need to bring a lot of things with them, such as extra clothes, lunch, cleats, equipment, and the kitchen sink.
