In essence, it is meant to overlap, which means the underside needs to be stuck down twice. An extra brand of tape is used at the top, sealing it and making sure that it cannot unravel. I think it is better than the Lizard Skin my son had, and it is cheaper. There are more designs to choose from too.

The replacement grip is a great upgrade for the old one

It was a used bat I got for my son at 10 years old, and it was a pretty smooth and worn out grip. This grip is so much better for him. I bought it for him. This model has a softer grip, and he says it also takes away some of the sting. I found it to be pretty easy to wear. You can check out the videos online if you want to be absolutely certain before you start. So far, I'm happy with it.

My preference for tape is to use bat tape, this one is thick, so if you like it, then that's It really comes down to personal preference

Even though I do not like the fact that I can't feel the bat handle (softball C player), it still does what it is supposed As far as tape goes, I just prefer it.

It follows that I love that grip so much! But my favorite thing about it has to be its design! I love how thick and comfortable it is, but I also like how comfortable it is. Having the black and gold colors contrast is super clean and complements any bat. As far as application goes, I found it to be fast and easy (though you may need some extra electrical tape if your ends aren't perfectly straight, as I did). It's just my personal preference, but I would prefer it if it was a little longer. It's definitely long enough for me to place both my hands comfortably so it must simply be that length issue.

I bought this to replace the grip on my daughter's softball bat. Now that it has been working for a month, I think it is great. The picture looks exactly like the real thing This gold is subdued and a little dull, but it does have enough shine about it to make it stand out. The product arrived in good condition and has a link to their website where you can watch a demonstration on how to install it.

This is a great tape

My favorite thing about the tape was the fact that it came with two. I now have a wiffleball bat and two pickle ball paddles. For three sets, this is a great price. The interface could be a lot stickier, however. In order to prevent my tape from coming off, I apply my own to the top part.
