Is this a true to size item or does it have a small fit?

I believe it is true to size, but for this type of material, I prefer a looser fit, so I went up a size and am satisfied with the fit.

What is the skirt's length from the waist to the bottom?

The waistband on the medium is 3/4 inch wide and measures 20 inches from top to bottom. If you're 5 feet tall, it'll hit the middle of your knee. Because it's so stretchy, it'll ride up. I'm a size 6 and bought a medium, but I could have gone for a large for more length and it would have still fit.

I'm not sure, but if it's returnable, it'll say so on the product page, e.g. You could also call Amazon and inquire about "free returns." If you are not a Prime Member, it is unlikely that you will be able to return it, but call to double-check.

While swimming, be aware. I don't have to be concerned about exposing anything that I don't want to be exposed. I'm not particularly large, but I prefer to keep myself to myself and my husband, and these assist me in doing so.

It's ideal for getting ready for an event

Teenagers as well! My two daughters normally wear sizes 14 and 16 (children's sizes), so I ordered these in a small size for them. The larger girl's leggings were a perfect fit, while the smaller girl's were slightly too big but still fit and stayed on well. These were worn at the pool and at a waterpark. When the skirt is completely dry, it will appear shorter. They're made of the same material as a bathing suit and are absolutely perfect; I would highly recommend them!.

I usually wear Snoga or Sweet Lemon Thyme skirted leggings, but they're between $60 and $100. $90 each! So, with its low price but high quality, this skirt was a pleasant surprise! It dries quickly and is extremely comfortable to wear. I'm 5'7" and the leggings hit just below my knee when I'm standing. My waist is 27 inches and my hips are 38 inches. This skirt is perfect for the summer in Texas while still remaining modest. It was a lovely, bright teal color, and my husband liked it as well. I'm constantly being asked where I got it and how nice it is!.

I wanted to start a water aerobics class, but I couldn't/wouldn't/shouldn't wear a suit that showed off my saggy, cellulite-ridden legs. For me, this combination of skirt and leggings is ideal. The skirt is a little longer than a typical skirted suit, and the leggings aren't too tight to be uncomfortable. The white crotch liner in the panty part is also a plus; now I can join the grandkids in the pool as well!.

It's still a cute length, and there's no need to be concerned about showing too much skin. The skirt portion of the dress does not ride up. It's gotten a lot of compliments on how nice it is as a swim skirt. I combined this with a rash guard to make a modli-style bathing suit for myself for a fraction of the price.
