In my previous life, I competed in swimming and wore latex and fabric caps. Rubbery latex or silicone is so much more uncomfortable, even if it is more water proof. That is why the spandex caps are so much better! My head is not squeezed as I swim when wearing the Firesara Lycra Swim Cap. I have no problems putting it on and taking it off, and I don't have to pull my hair out or rip it out. My earplugs did not interfere with this too much since it was long enough to pull down over my ears. There was no problem going over my hair at all since I have hair that goes past my shoulder blades! All in all, this is a really great swim cap and I love the color blue!.

While I have tried other lycra and latex swim caps before, this one is the last one that I will need to purchase. My only complaint is that it is not as comfortable and does not fit my long, thick hair as well, but it is much easier to put on and take off than other lycra and latex products. Product that is highly recommended.

As soon as I get wet, my shoulders and head are out of the water. The air isn't that warm up there so I get frostbite. As I am not actually swimming, I keep my short hair have tried the cap for lap swimming but am unable to use it with my current earplugs because of the stub that sticks out to insert the plugs. The cap dislodges the plugs so I get water in my ears immediately. It has taken me long enough to find earplugs that do not leak and now I need to find ones that fit This product gets five stars for being comfortable and for not making any promises that it will not.
