I swim on a regular basis and needed some inexpensive goggles because I just throw them in my pool bag and they get scratched. These received excellent reviews, with the exception of a few complaints about the nose piece, which I did not find to be an issue. The straps are ideal for long hair because they allow you to release the goggles from the back rather than having to pull them over your head. br>I leave them on for the majority of my swim, but I did get a little fog on my right eye while wearing the reflective goggles. I had a more experienced swimmer try the clear ones, and they wore them the entire swim session with no fogging. They liked the goggles because they were clear and didn't bother them. br> I think they're better suited to adult faces. br>The extra accessories were also excellent; I don't use ear plugs, but I do use nose plugs, which worked well after I figured out how to position them while swimming. br>Ear plugs are attached to one of the goggles, which is black with reflective lenses. Googles are fantastic. My 11 and 14-year-old children, as well as myself, were able to fit into it. Suction is good and the seal is airtight, but it can be painful after a while. The fog helped a lot. My son requested nose protection goggles. He tossed the other ones to the side because they kept filling up with water, so I got these as a backup. He most likely used error, but he discovered that he preferred these. The straps can be adjusted to fit your needs. He kept tugging at an area that lifts a little to run it through smoothly and then closes down before he figured it out, so FYI to avoid breaking the straps.
