The pants are great for kids who want some thickness. They have some depth and are very comfortable. It would be an exaggeration to say that my son is In the butt and legs, he has more bulk than his father. In either Mizuno or Easton pants he can't fit. There is no doubt about the quality of these pants. They have a great looser fit and amazing had to deal with the reddest dirt fields, but we were able to get most of the dirt out by using.
It worked for practices, but the lining was thin. There is no way that something like this could last a season.
His favorite is Baby Ruth as catcher and left field, so he plays them on his iPad. As they aren't sliding down, they stay up.
