A hollow interior can be seen in the handle.
I don't think so, but a good sense of humor is always appreciated. You'll have a lot of fun with it!
They weren't designed to handle that sort of work.

In these cheap practice chucks, the chain is always too long, as I find with all cheap practice chucks. Knowing the chain length of a chain is important when you have experience. When I can't even use them to teach my kids, it is hard for me to teach them. It is possible to make them more useful by removing a couple links. The cheap practice chucks of old are still the same.
As my son learns how to use these, I am using these. My only issue is that the chains are too long and if you are experienced enough to flip a chain around your hand, it is too difficult to grab the other end.
It's a steal to get two nunchuks for so little money. I like it I really like it. Unfortunately, they aren't good practice nunchuks. They are too light, and they have too many chain links to be considered good. Their weight is much too low, and their chain links appear to be tangled. Also, the sticks themselves are a bit long, and if you wear a Gi, that just increases the chance of it getting snagged on your clothing. Getting these for someone who's prone to hitting themselves a lot in practice - it might be a good idea to buy a bit more cushion. However, the fact that these are feather light is probably a good thing.
It was nice that they were lightweight because my son and I both had to learn how to use them and just didn't want to beat ourselves up trying.
Beginners will find these nunchucks very useful. A good size, easy to use and do not seem to be as dangerous as the real thing. They are very popular with my boys, and they are reasonably priced. I think this is a very.
I have only one issue with these nunchaku the chain and swivel do not seem to be of good quality. Despite being very light, they are very strong. To keep it from moving inside the tubes, I insert wooden dowels and secure it with a clamp. By adding this extra weight to their practice, they get a better experience, and they don't hurt more than they would without it. The thin wall of foam on these nunchaku is better than a thicker wall, because it makes for a more neutral grip.
There is no doubt that they are durable and reliable. Even if they're wrapped in foam, it will hurt if you hit them hard enough.
