This is due to the fact that it is precisely 6 feet tall. I would just suggest that you allow a little bit of distance between the end of the staff and the person you are distancing yourself from.
Despite its length, it's not short. The foam Escrima might be more appropriate if you want to crack up llamas. A llama wacker that's shorter, but can do the job better.
If you don't leave it out in the sun, then sure, but don't leave it too long
Although any foam on the outside of the wall would eventually come off after some time, the inside would most likely persist

I'm not sure why some negative reviews imply the product is The martial arts training staff is in charge of the training. Although it seems flimsy, I imagine that it is more like Ratan than this item. used it as a retraining tool and to mess around with basic techniques on YouTube after a 10-year hiatus from martial arts training, and I believe my purpose was the completion of that goal. This is a great deal.
No matter what size you choose, it's not too thin, too thick, heavy, or too light, it's flexible and padded well, and it is more durable than I expected. Arrived a day early It's 7 days early this time.
Don't touch more than a very light touch. As soon as I got it, it looked like an awesome belt, thick padding, long and flexable, but I used it for fast workouts, and it bent, bending, then breaking. In the inside, you can put a piece of half-inch ID PVC pipe with a 1/4-inch wall to help fix it. I wonder if this was constructed with 1/16 inch walled material, since this is way too flimsy for a bo staff to support!.
I don't think it's worth it. Upon arrival, staff had a slight bend, and before it could be used, it had already broken. Made with cheap materials and doesn't deserve the price. I gave it to my sister's 11-year-old son as a gift. The disappointment he must have felt when the package broke before it had been opened fully.
This is an extremely sturdy and well constructed item.
This is a favorite of my son's. He also thinks it's cute because it has some kind of design on it.
I have been sucked in by it for 10 years.
