No, it does not fit, it is padded so it is easy to hold
There is no such thing, even though it looks like it.
Basically, it is a sheet of plastic inside a foam cushion. In order to hurt someone, you would have to swing it pretty hard.
It is possible but if you are too aggressive, you may bend and crease it. The padding is enough to keep it from being boring.

In addition, The staff is good for training because it is sturdy and delivers excellent force to a target. I recommend getting the 5ft and not the 6ft, because the 6ft is a little bit wobbly for my taste. However my product did not come with its bag.
None of them were right for me In any case I didn't really care for the design lol the case would have been nice but I'm not bothered by the lack of a case. In terms of height and weight, the staff is nice. There is a thick layer of foam on top of what appears to be a PVC pipe. I want to learn how to use a bo staff and this is ideal. The price of the book was too high for it to come in a bad It would probably have been better if I had gone right to the store and bought the materials to make one, but I was trying to stimulate the Even though I have many staff, I thought these files would be useful for younger students and smaller groups. For my son, who is 13, I bought this as a Christmas present. His favorite part is the music. His staff still looks brand new despite having played with/used it several times each week. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Despite other complications (out of their control), they answered my questions promptly and helped me as much as they could. You had to make sure I was cared for.
