It is more expensive than DIY, but it's a nice alternative

The weights are well balanced, and the weights are well weighted. If you have a little bit of craftiness and patience with yourself, you can build your own with a PVC pipe, electrical tape, and or some genie's balls, but if you do not have time to accomplish one more task these practice staffs are excellent. The items I bought for my 14-year-old who wants to learn how to spin fire have been a great hit with him.

There's something to be said for size

The product said it was the 100cm contact staff, but it's actually the 120cm staff. This was a problem when I tried to order a fire staff of the same size, and I was disappointed when I received one that was smaller than My only problem is that I have to go out of town soon and I cannot order another blouse in the longer size.
Perhaps, the title should be updated to reflect the true size.

I snapped it in half after using it for a day One day after use, the bag was snapped in half (If you're practicing new moves, especially on anything but grass or sand, this is not appropriate

The weights were in great condition, on electrical tape and thicker than expected, which is good since when I actually light my staff (not this one), I will be able to spin it faster and hopefully avoid getting There's still going to be a lot of burns for me.
