Due loyalty is in my DNA. Guys, it's time to be real. My son asked me to teach him how to fight because he was scared of being bullied in school. Because I wanted to be an example as a dad, I bought him some MMA gloves and this headgear so he could spar with me. It feels like this headgear offers solid protection from blows, is comfortable and is shaped to fit snugly. I'm still able to knock my kid down with a solid punch, but he simply pops right back up again. I find sparring far more effective than time outs, groundings, or sending him to his room to mentor and teach him. His view of things whenever he gets up is always the same as mine. In fact, if I could just get him to consistently pay his half of the bills and do laundry every night for his wife and his kids, then I would feel like a great parent. Most importantly, he is no longer bullied at all by those college kids, so it was a complete win all around. In fact, I gave him the headgear for his 28th birthday, but I don't see why it wouldn't be a good gift all year long. This is the headgear for you if you want great protection at a great price. This is a 5 star product!.

Exactly what I wanted and at a bargain price I highly recommend it. If it does not fit you, just un sip it and it will work just fine for you. It really helps with punches, too, and it does not irritate you.

While I have not yet sparred with this, it fits extremely well and I am a 5'7" 160 lb adult female. I ordered the medium size. As far as fitting goes, it fits me very well, and it would probably fit someone who is a little bigger than me as well.
