My grandson is 19 years old and suffers from drop seizures as well as grand mal seizures. He falls frequently and frequently hits his head and forehead. We ordered this one, which falls more over his brow and has been extremely beneficial to him. He also seems to enjoy wearing it, which we believe is due to the lighter weight. But, he added, he didn't care for the heavier ones. My daughter is overjoyed that we purchased it and highly recommends it. I hope that this information is useful.

Now hold the ending point and measure the string, rounding up to the next size.

This has helped protect my head when I have seizures and black out.
My family uses this helmet for our 5-year-old son when he goes outside to play. He suffers from epilepsy and is unable to function normally. It allows him to go outside and play while also protecting his head in the event of a seizure. He adores his helmet, which he can easily put on and take off by himself.
The cost was very reasonable. This helmet is made of low-cost materials. The padding is extremely hard, the inside is just fabric, which causes my son to sweat excessively and force him to remove it, the velcro strap is too large for a small child, and the ventilation holes on the top are poorly cut and provide almost no ventilation. Instead, invest in a high-quality helmet. What you pay for is exactly what you get. This is a product that I do not recommend.
My husband was involved in a car accident and suffered a head injury, which has left him with mobility issues and causes him to fall down frequently. Because this helmet is also used in sports, he doesn't feel self-conscious about wearing it, and it protects his head well.
Every month, I take a medication that causes me to fall 12 times - And believe me when I tell you that I hit the back of my head at least twice a month, if not more. This causes excruciating pain, goose egg-sized bumps, and trips to the emergency room. br>This helmet is light and simple to use. It gets a little warm on the head after about a half hour, so I gave it four stars for comfort. br>br>Today I had a bad fall and hit my head for the second time - I was wearing the helmet at the time, and there were no injuries. My husband was astounded that I didn't experience any pain or discomfort as a result of the collision - Normally, I'd have to cry for 5 minutes before I could move - I was up and about right away this time, with no apparent injuries.
My wife has Huntington's Disease, and she is required to wear head protection when she is not accompanied because she is not restrained and has poor judgment about her own abilities. This implies that you will be wearing the same thing for a long time. It took only a few days for the pictured sore to appear.
We had previously purchased ear covers to protect his ears from swelling, but the other students complained that the ear covers hurt them when they rolled with my husband; however, this padded helmet not only protects my husband's ears, but it also does not hurt the other students. They're also thinking about getting this helmet. In addition, the price is very reasonable.
I got a medium based on their sizing chart, but it was too small to wear. After that, I went up to a large, which was also unwearable due to the tightness. The problem is that the sides of these helmets are extremely flat and straight, leaving no room for my ears. If you want to buy these, measure around your ears instead of following the manufacturer's instructions.
