Is there a chart I'm missing that shows how to determine the proper size?

Use the size chart from tigerclaw if you google "Hayashi Judo Gi Size Chart." I order a size 4 for $150 from com. 5'7" with a weight of lb. (My height and weight are 135 and 5, respectively.) The top and pants have shrunk and fit well to my body after a cold wash and warm dry. My wrists are covered by the sleeves, and my ankles are covered by the pants. There are no changes that need to be made. The following are the specifications: A is the length of the sleeve from the top to the bottom. B stands for waist, and C stands for body length as measured by HPS. I've been wearing this same gi for at least ten years because bleached gis gave off so many fumes that I had to wash them several times before wearing them

My skin and eyes are extremely sensitive. When you take this gi out of the package, there is no chemical odor at all. Unlike bleached gis, it is also very soft from the start. Of course, if you require a bright white gi, this may not be a viable option. The unbleached gi has a light tan color to it. It will lighten over time, especially if exposed to the sun, but it will take some time. The construction is extremely well-made. made. We do a lot of grabs and throws and work on our knees in my practice, so the only parts of my older gis that get worn are the lapels and waistbands. They fray a little over time, but that's due to multiple washes and a few minutes in the dryer. My gi tops aren't completely dry when I wash them. I take them out of the dryer while they're still damp to prevent excessive lapel wear. I also like that the gi bottoms have an elastic band, which has a drawstring if you need it, but some gis only have a drawstring, which I find uncomfortable and impractical. Overall, this is an excellent gi. Because it is natural, it is suitable for people with allergies or who are concerned about chemical exposure. It's a good product. made. It is delivered quickly. It's also ideal for Aikido and Judo, which I practice. Oh, and I almost forgot to say how reasonably priced it is for what you get.
