A ring for anchoring is not present on this bag.

If I were to rephrase Is the bag able to hold the weight of everything I pack inside it?

There are 100 pounds in it.

Is it going to hurt my shins if I kick the bag as hard as I possibly ?

I don't think your shins will get hurt. use my shins to kick the bag, and that does not cause any issues. Rather, my kicks are very low to the ground, so there are no issues. The bag is not like a heavy bag at the bottom that is really hard.

When I install this, will it allow me to hang a spring? Is this feasible for an 8-feet-high ceiling?

As far as I can tell, that would not It may be necessary to replace the chain that holds it up to the

Since I started training on these bags, I've gone through several changes
4/5

Since I trained with this bag for over ten years in MMA, it's become a staple in my training kit. The bag is sturdy and will stay in place, but I would have liked to have seen them add a D ring at the bottom to keep it in place and to switch to nylon over chain for hanging it so that the D rings at the top don't get worn out. You need to roll out any bag that is too hard for you to kick or punch if you are new to owning one. I personally don't roll out my bags but I have had them kicked and they become limp as if somebody whack them with a stick. This bag is good, and the zipper means you can add stuffing to it as it breaks in, which is great, it keeps the top of the bag from becoming empty as you are training, if your a taller person like me, this is a real problem. I personally purchased a second hand 2x6 that spans the width of my garage and attached that to the ceiling using two screws in each joist and then attached a 250lb bag spring to that, so when you jostle 100lbs around, the spring helps absorb the shock. You will, I believe, enjoy using this bag and the brand as a whole. Make sure your BAG is clean.

FOR THE PRICE, THIS IS THE BEST BANANA BAG
5/5

As a result of the COVID epidemic, my Muay Thai gym closed and I needed to purchase a heavy bag. To date, I'm very happy with it. It is much better than the 4'60" heavy bag to use this type of heavy bag You can find heavy bags at Academy that weigh 80 lbs. I am very pleased with the feedback I receive from the bag. My kicks are well received by this bag so I can practice all kinds of kicks. The Ringside 150 lb chain allows me to practice low kicks in my garage, and I use it with a Ringside mounting bar. As for the bag, it arrived quickly, and the chain and carabiner that are included with it are holding up very You don't need to fill a Fairtex bag manually, so if you think this bag would be a good alternative to the Outslayer bags or are looking for a heavy bag that isn't too expensive, this is your bag!.

MMA and boxing review from someone who has experience in these sports
5/5

When searching for a bag that gave me the right feedback, I had a difficult time finding one that had the right feel. Many of you who have fought and gained experience know exactly what I mean. Bags like this are exactly what I needed. They are perfect and have the right amount of weight so when you kick or punch them, they don't swing around too much. The only way to tell how long it will last is to see if the weight sinks to the bottom after a while. I will also update this review if that happens.

It's got a great poppy aroma to it
4/5

Reviewed and updated Due to the fact that the chain clip mechanism does not come off the chain, I have reduced the star rating to 4 stars. were only able to get the bag out of the room because we had 7ft of clearance. It would be best if there were at least 8ft of The bag really suits me, but I'm not allowed to keep it. Please note
As a student of muay thai, this is one of my favorite books ever This bag is worn around the waist. There are several reasons why the combat sports bag is a great choice. -1) The meal is delivered full, so there doesn't have to be any leftovers. ** 2) The stuffing they use is very even and has the perfect balance of stiffness and softness. From the first day on, you'll be able to kick the ball There isn't much hardness to it, but it has a distinctive pop and feedback feel. is designed with a zipper so you can add or remove stuffing as necessary. * 4) Clutch kit adds style to the bag. It is possible to add/remove length by unclipping the . *5) The synthetic leather has a really nice feel and the painting is very precise. The following are the only cons There is no way to remove the swivel mount that comes with it. In other words, if you don't have at least 7, you're in trouble. You might not be able to swing the bag if you have less than 5 feet of clearance.

I ordered the combat corner bag thinking it was the ringside bag, but I received the ringside bag instead
3/5

The pictures and descriptions did not even match the reality. Is the ringside bag something different than the combat corner bag for anyone else? Due to the fact that I did not receive what I purchased, I gave the rating below.

A great introduction to the world of travel
5/5

In comparison to the 60" or 50" bags sold at almost all sporting goods stores, banana bags are much more convenient for me. According to the description, the bag matches the description. With its synthetic leather structure, it has one seam that is stitched very well and is very tight - when you punch or kick hard, you don't notice it. Because my bag barely touches the ground even with the chain pulled taut, I reinforced the bottom of it with 2 layers of duct tape to reduce friction between the ground and the bag. Bags like this are perfect for home use as an intermediary bag. In fact my only reason for considering a heavier bag is that it is uncommon that I can have a partner hold the bag and I am 6'4" and 270 lbs, meaning I strike it quite a bit which can cause it to bounce around quite a bit.

Heavy bag of excellent quality
5/5

An inscription that reads "The Original and the Best" is printed directly on Is it a product that lives up to its Without a doubt. This bag's competitive pricing and fast shipping are both fantastic, but more importantly, it's the best quality you can get for an MMA The construction is very sturdy, and the emphasis is more on functionality than flash. A useful tool for both women and men Hand and shin conditioning as well as gloved combat are part of this class. It is especially pleasing to see the design of the rings on which the bag is hung The ring design in Combat Sports uses a heavy-duty steel bar with a spike that hits the wall Heavy duty carabiner which will allow more (or less) head room depending on how you want the bag to be mounted. There's no doubt that you will enjoy owning this bag, so you should purchase.

The holding up is good
5/5

The book was purchased for my kids as part of their Taekwondo lessons. The age of my son is 14 and the age of my In a covered area, I keep this out of the sun. I would not recommend using in an area that is exposed to rain. Because of its length, it's great for high and low kicks, as well as It has been put to a lot of use and is still holding up. It is strongly recommended that you use a sturdy spring for suspension. It improves the movement of the bag thanks to the spring.
