What do you think is this an Okinawa kenpo symbol or an American Kenpo symbol?

There is no school using it under the Ed Parker Kenpo banner. Although they are different, they are similar in that the dragon and the tiger are featured. There is more of a New England flavor to it than an Okinawan one.
