Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Jackson Ultima. Skates are about a size smaller than outside shoes because adults don't need to allow for growth. This varies a little if the foot is extremely wide, in which case a little extra length may be required to compensate for the extra width. For myself and my children, I always purchase larger sizes. I find that whatever I buy lasts longer, whether it's shoes, ice skates, or anything else.

I started taking ice skating lessons a few months ago and liked them so much that I decided it would be worth it to buy my own skates rather than renting them every time because they are so cute and comfortable. I was concerned that they would squeeze my pinky toe because I have wide feet, but they do not. I usually wear an 8 in shoes, so I ordered a skate size 7 as recommended on the size chart, and they fit perfectly. They are of excellent quality. The laces, on the other hand, are quite long. Since I haven't replaced the laces, my instructor recommended wearing calf high socks and folding them down over the top of the skate after tying them on and tucking the extra laces under the sock.
This group of kids is fantastic. They fit as expected; I usually wear a size 9 or 9 1/2, so I ordered a size 9 and they're perfect, with plenty of room for thick socks. They have a lot of padding on the inside and provide excellent ankle support while remaining very comfortable to wear.
Comfortable, attractive design; excellent for recreational skating.
This is the brand to go with. It's a fantastic brand that's also reasonably priced.
THESE. SKATES! These skates are fantastic! I ordered a pair for my daughter in a women's size 7 after skating a few times. They are extremely relaxing. I usually wear a size nine. 5 shoe. Don't rent at the rink! I ordered a size 9 skate and it fit perfectly. Purchase these because they are inexpensive and, depending on how much you skate, will pay for themselves in a few months. The product is of excellent quality, and I highly recommend it.
The ice skates are a big hit with my daughter. She wears a size 2 or 2 on the street. She is wearing a 3 in these skates and a 5 in her other skates. They made these in their widest form, so anyone who is a C should be fine with the width.
They are a favorite of our future figure skating champions.
