I'm not sure why it isn't- It has a lot of sturdiness to it. My two children are two years old. It's used in a number of different ways by ten people.
Carrying straps are made of black rectangles.
That is not something I would use it for. It's stiff and won't really cradle your body. I've used crashed pads with my students and would like to find something with more foam blocks.
It folds into a table that measures 29" by 29" by 18" in size (the height is 18"). Because the top is flat, my daughter uses it as a game table or a chair with her friends. It's pretty cool how it folds up and can be used in other ways. When it's folded, you can, of course, store it out of the way.

It arrived on time, and the delivery man was extremely pleasant; it was packaged in a large box with plastic wrapping around the mat. My daughter was very excited to take it out of the box because she had no idea what it was. br>br>The box was just as entertaining as the cheesemat; she transformed it into a car, a spaceship, a plane, and a beach hotel. br>br>In a previous review, some people stated that there was a strong odor, and this is correct. There was a strong chemical odor that lingered for a few days after we took it out of the box. I completely forgot about the strong odor and went about my day, telling my significant other that I smelled something burning and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. However, as I was going around the house trying to figure out where the burning smell was coming from, I went upstairs to move the mat and realized it was coming from the cheesemat. I thought something was burning because of the strong odor. lol! br>br>The odor fades after a few days, but it's quite strong right out of the box. With the exception of the odor, the mat is fantastic! My daughter is enamored with it and requests to play with it on a daily basis. The material is of excellent quality, folds well, and is relatively light in weight. br>br>I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing this product to do so. You will not be disappointed; the overall price and quality of the product are excellent!.
It's not just used for gymnastics practice; it's also dragged around the house and used in various obstacle courses. They constantly fold it, unfold it, jump off the top and sides, race cars down it, and so on; it's taken a lot of abuse and still looks great! I appreciate the excellent quality, and the handles for moving it have proven to be extremely useful. I also like that it folds up to save space, and my kids use it as a table to stack items on when it's folded up. After everything it's been through, the mat still folds up nicely!.
I bought this for my 11-year-old daughter to practice back walkovers and handstands at home, and she loves it! It's the perfect size, and it's very durable, so it's well worth the money!.
This is perfect for my eight-year-old daughter. Children under the age of nine. They can expend their energy on this rather than on my Ottoman. They can move the wedge to the grass if they work together. It's folded up on the patio if it's not being used. If left in the sun, it can become extremely hot, so take care!.
The canvas is thick and heavy, with well-sewn seams and strong handles. For my toddler, I made a play pen with about ten mats, and we now all play and exercise in it. I purchased a number of different brands of mats, and the Matladin brand is by far the best.
This is a high-quality mat that folds up and can be used quickly. The foam is sturdy and should last a long time; I measured the base and width and came up with 56" and 27" respectively. It's not a big deal, but I'm a stickler for consistency, and I assume these are made in a factory and shouldn't vary too much. It's definitely more than the 48" one down the line, and I wanted the extra length so it would last longer for my kids, but that's why I'm docking a star.
It is extremely beneficial when it comes to flips. I wish I had been more aware of the height. Aside from that, it's quite lovely. I did a trust fall and didn't feel a thing because it was shock proof. Cleaning and transporting this item is simple. Although it is a little heavy for a child to drag, the handles make it easy for them to do so.
I like the product because it is well-made and durable, but the smell was a concern for me. For about a week, it smells strongly of chemicals. We allowed it to air out, and it is now fine, but it did stink.
