It excited me to receive the boxes when they first showed up at my home. Their size was definitely in line with what one would expect. This is where I got paranoid. I was paranoid what 4 X 10 would really look like. Despite the fact that the mat material is only covered by a thin plastic bag, I strongly advise you to open these with the utmost caution, given that they are in a box with a box cutter. Initially I got this as a stretching machine for my office. I do crossfit, so I find it beneficial to stretch at least 10 minutes a day, so naturally it's just sat on the floor having been completely unused except for the first week. Today, I grabbed the handle to play with it a bit because it was in the way, and I was completely shocked when the stitching broke apart without much effort. There is no manufacturer contact information for the warranty and it does not seem to be a comprehensive On the panels, there is some stitching that isn't the best, but for my purposes I was able to look past that.

I think this mat is excellent. As long as there is so much padding, you don't hurt your knees if you fall on them. It does slide a bit on the hardwood floors, but that is the only negative aspect about it. Overall, it is a very good book. There is a lot of padding and a lot of covering, so I think it's a good mat. In addition to our routines, I have made three others with my friends.
