While I am not certain, I would estimate 250 lbs to be a safe weight. There is a lot of gymnastic potential in this piece. The app has been on my computer for more than a year, and I am so pleased with it. I weigh 170 pounds and I believe that I should double that so that I don't harm myself

It serves as a social network between my kids and I. This is a very expensive sport, but there's nothing like it at all. It allows us to perform calisthenics and gymnastics moves that we would otherwise never be able to do because it is designed specifically for that purpose A muscle up, a full front and back lever, a planche, or an iron cross is an example. As well as inspiring, it builds my confidence. I found it to be very easy to use after a few tries, but it takes some getting used to. Attach the belt at the point where the belly button sits. It must reach a height of at least 8 feet to be effective. If you would like a cheaper alternative to the Ring Thing, try resistance bands, but I find they are much harder to use and could be dangerous if they slip off.
I really can't complain, as I was drawn by the huge pull to the gonads, but nevertheless I've been having a blast. We're no rings specialists, but we're learning a lot about body control through this endeavor.
This is a great investment and a top-notch product. It was helpful for athletes to become aware of the feeling of movement patterns and balance, and it allowed them to practice advanced ring movements.
I have used this in my gym to great effect.
Despite the fact that I did not purchase this product with a verified purchase, I feel that I should give this product a review because I bought it and I love it. This is one of those "got to have" products for anyone who loves mobility and strength. The product can be hung from a rack or bar which most gyms have. I kid you not, the product is really cool, the way it gets worked out and I have so much fun working out with it. The user, in this case, me, is able to maximize their bodyweight by 50%. This allows them to utilize a great deal of strength, but even more importantly, it allows me to improve their form. From a back lever to straddle planche to a maltese, I am 59 and I am not only getting a great workout, but it is just a damn pleasure to do. I think this cool toy works out really well, it works a muscle up to an iron cross, pull down to an iron cross, and back up again, and it's really a fantastic workout*br
/Honestly, this is such a I have used practice rings like this in gymnastics before - they are great.
My favorite thing about it is how easy it is to set up, and I can take it with me to the gym or just leave it in my garage at home. I'm also grateful for their monkey method app, which makes it easy to learn tons of skill progressions with the Ring Thing on my own. BR* BR* BR*.
This is a game changer in every way. As a result, you can practice ring skills while perfecting movement mechanics because 50% of your weight will be taken Gymnastics requires the user to make the maximum amount of effort for each repetition. I can't do three sets of 10 repetitions of strict muscle-building I'm not sure how to do it, but I'll see what I can do Furthermore, unlike bands, the amount of assist remains constant during the whole This is the perfect gift for someone special. During my time with it, it has proven to be very durable. It is built without any weak points in my opinion. It's likely that some people would look at this and think, "I could do that. ". Some of the videos I've seen on YouTube were They seem dangerous, and you can't take them anywhere with you. Get it as soon as possible. This is the first one I've ever owned!.
Playing around with the Ring Thing since it came out six or so years ago is something I enjoy doing. In my role as an elite athlete in a sport very different from gymnastics, this device is an essential tool for me to include basic and advanced gymnastics drills and skills in The new Monkey Method App has a great program that you can follow and there is an endless amount of drill work to be done!.
