THE ONLY HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE ON THE MARKET We manufacture the mushroom with 5 adjustable holes, one adjustable knob, and one dead locking knob to fix the height once it has been adjusted to a suitable position for trainers. The mushroom top is 24" in diameter, and the mushroom support can be adjusted in height between 19 and 20 inches. 7" to 27. The hole distances are 5" and 2" respectively. As a result, the mushroom will suit your training needs at any level!

RUBBER FEET PROTECT THE BASE LEGSIn line with other suppliers, we use rubber material for base leg protection, which helps the mushroom not move during practice and prevents it from breaking or deforming. You do not have to replace any part of it after a long period of time, so you save a lot of money!

Unstable, rocks from side to side; I assumed it would be a less expensive alternative to the other Mushrooms

The price is low, but the quality is poor

Although the price was reasonable, the adjustable knob broke after only two weeks. I'm hoping they'll be able to replace it with a new knob.

For about two weeks, the knob was slightly loose but still functional. My son can now only use the Pommel Top on the floor because the pin came loose unexpectedly. I'm waiting for the seller to send me replacement parts.
