There's a bag I have by Weaver that looks like canvas. This medium bag is the size of 9 1/2" to the top of the blue portion and 15" if the black upper collar is extended (when the bag is open and self supported as per the image). To stuff and draw out the gear, the opening measures about 7 inches in diameter. As a member of an outdoor team, I have three of these and I use them for sorting gear and climbing, and they clip to harnesses. I like how well they are
There was no way that the bag I got could fit what you were
The throw line does not come out of the bag when you toss it, but when properly inserted into the bag, it will come out
This is a very sturdy device

The bag is big enough for 200 feet of throw line, and it has a loop at the bottom so that you can attach one end of the line. I throw the line without having to pull it first out of the bag. To open it fully, just click on the button. To keep them from falling out, I added a little carabiner to the ring on the outside. I attach my line end to it with a weight, so I will not lose them in the It has held up well for a few uses, and the canvas seems to be heavy duty. Specifically designed for arborist 1/8" poly throw line, this bag may not be appropriate to use for other purposes. If you want to use it for something else, please consider that when reviewing it. The arborist will use about 100 feet of 1/8 braided poly line. We will not wrap the line, but lay it loosly and naturally into the bag a little at a time. This will allow the line and weight to move easy as the weight is thrown over it.
The first time I climbed a tree was for recreational purposes. In the past, I had been looping or bundling my Throw Line, but that didn't work didn't want to spend the extra money on this type of item, but I am very glad I bought it since it works perfectly and I am very satisfied with the results. There is a lot of room in the bag for my 150 feet of line and my As soon as it's opened, I grab the Weight and a short piece of line and throw There are no snags in the line when it comes out of the bag. To fold it into a nice little bundle to store in my rope bag, simply thread the line back into the bag (in somewhat neat fashion), attach the Weight to one of the side rings, close it up, and fold it into a nice small bundle.
It is a terrific It did not cause any problems to fit 300 feet of paracord and my throw weight. Trying to launch my setup into a tree, I found that the line lifted straight without resistance. On the bottom of the bag, there is a ring that is used to clip on your line. On the right side is a d-shaped corner In addition, rings can be a great option. The bag has not been used for climbing yet and I do not know why I would do so, but if I ever need to, it will be there for me The best rings are the ones with stones. Fast delivery. I really like it. If you need to launch a throwline into a tree, this is the way to do it. It does not have springs, but it is sturdy enough for it to stand up if we put a bit of line in it, and it keeps standing if we put a little line in it. This is a bag you should buy if you are thinking of buying There are no regrets in doing this.
The top of an oak tree that was 80' tall was sheared off 30 feet up on a steep hill with the top jammed upright in the ground Because tree companies were unaware of the problem, I decided to simply cut it down using a rope saw and throw line. The bag allowed smooth cuts without tangles in ground debris in the woods. It worked great! In order to cut and attach the comeback, I needed to throw multiple times into narrow targets It was easy to work with the line, and the bag stores the line and throw weight neatly for later use.
This is an excellent sling. It holds my 16 oz bag and 150' of throw line no problem and I can also use my 6' tree strap with it no problem.
You can clip and tie the cord into the D rings. I like the bag very much. There is a d ring inside for tying the end of the line and a spring loaded clip at the top to hold the drawstring in place. Several D rings are located on the top of the bag for attaching carabiners and other equipment. Material is fairly tough, may be.
