Yes, this is a standard-sized horse.
It all depends on how big his head is. However, I do not believe that this is the case.
It should work; you may need to add a hole, but it's big enough.

I have a couple extra holes to fit our 12h pony, but it will also fit my 15h MFT and our 16. This is my favorite bridle out of every piece of tack I own. 1h QH. If the price was a little lower, I would buy a few more! You can easily fold the bit ends to fit a smaller ring!.
The leather is extremely supple and oiled to the point of being excessively so: It really works.
When working with multiple horses or doing arena work, this headstall comes in handy. I don't like to use it when working cattle because it's too easy to pull off if it gets caught in trees or brush.
It's a tiny space. It appears to be suitable for a pony. br>Would fit a Cutter or something up to 14 inches in diameter. 3br>br>br>br>br>br>br>b.
This is a favorite of my daughter's quarter horse. It took some fidgeting to get it through the hackamore she uses, but it looks fantastic.
Material is of good quality, the buckles are attractive, and the tie string is adequate. The split ear part, however, was not long enough. It was actually long enough; it was just long on the poll rather than down the side of the face. It didn't fit my horse (and he didn't care for the pressure it put on that ear in the first place). br>br>It didn't work for my horse through no fault of their own.
Bolts that can come undone are replaced with thick, durable leather. Long-lasting construction.
I bought this headstall two years ago and it is still my favorite. It fits any horse I've ever ridden, from a small 14-year-old quarter horse to a percheron/Clydesdale cross, and everything in between. br>br>I bought a second one because I like it so much. br>br>It's something I'd strongly suggest.
