I really enjoy the grip on this, it feels very comfortable. There are a variety of colors available for you I think they are too short for us. They end a few inches into the mane of my QH mare. Due to my lack of choice of colors, I ended up ordering the longer set.
Standard soft nylon lead line reins, with a leather end for the "whip" and a very nice snap buckle attachment at the bit end for hooking the rein This equipment is great for my mini gelding, who is a large mini but too small to wear I have no complaints about the training he is getting, and neither does the teen training him. The purchase was good value for the money. It took a decent amount of time for the package to arrive.
Having such a long girth is perfect for horses. Those straps are for the horn to keep his head up so he cannot graze while I ride. Since there's no need to pull his little head up, I don't have to tug on my arms to cover his ears. He knows to "test" first, before eating if there is resistance. The side pull they attach to fits nicely with our side pull.
I don't have to worry about conditioning these reins or worrying if they get wet because they're the perfect length. We love how there are clips on either side. That will be very handy for use as a lead line. Added to that, we now have a stylish lead line. No better horse than a stocky paint mare with a dressage saddle, bitless bridle, and roper reins which combines the two.
It is thin, but they measure as advertised. I appear to be looking for something a little bit shorter, but also a little bit thicker than they are offering. Nevertheless, these seem to be as good as it gets for what I'm trying to do. It is convenient to have both ends of the halter clipped to the side hooks of a standard halter and I can clip it both ends at the same time.
The products described were exactly the same as those received. This is a simple weaver rein. It has Their lightweight design makes them very easy to carry. If you just need something simple and easy, these reins will do. They're obviously not as nice as yacht rope reins or any other nicer/costlier reins, but if you just need something simple and easy, these are perfect.
To replace the old leather reins, I wanted to buy two long strips of leather but, as it turns out, this is not possible with two long strips of old leather. Consequently, I had to buy I am amazed at how amazing they are. Purple is my favorite color so I ordered them in purple and they are perfect. The color is bright and the reins are thinner than I expected them to be so they're easier to handle. My favorite attachment clips are the ones with the clips attached at the ends. It would only take a few minutes to swap them from my western bridle to a halter if I don't want to deal with tacking up for just a short little.
I was surprised. When she rides bareback on her horse, she utilizes the rope. I jumped the gun on this by bringing this based on the value for the money. She was pleased to find out that the rope could be manipulated and retained back to its original size after stretching. I was not disappointed in the least. I recommend this 10/10 for sure!
