It is a great helmet, the quality is great, the colors are great, the fit is great. My copy, however, came with a large scratch across the front. I notice it quite a bit. This was not done during shipping, as far as I can tell. Since I do not want to give a damaged gift to someone, I am contacting the seller to see what options are available to me. So far, there has been full contact and cooperation between the seller and the buyer. It is suggested that I contact them to see if we are able to ship a new one The seller has been very helpful and friendly.

I had no problem with the helmet at all. The hotel was everything it had been advertised to be. She bought it at a local shop, which most of the kids have asked where she bought it from. In addition to her instructor, her instructor was asked about it too since it was so well made!.
