The first pair was fantastic, but the second pair was less so

I bought two pairs of size 8 shoes at first. My two 2-and-a-half-year-old grandkids, a boy and a girl, each receive a score of five. The first pair of boots we received were in a size 8. Five of them were fantastic! They are fantastic. I decided to order two more pairs, one size smaller at 7, because the boots were still a little big (my fault, not the manufacturer's), so I could grow into them. I was taken aback when I received a boot that looked nothing like what I expected. As you can see from my photos, the second pair (size 7) is the larger of the two. 5) are significantly shorter and lack the stitching detail found on the larger pair (8. 5) have, as well as the fact that the heels differ and the sizes appear to be nearly identical. We'll keep the number eight. 5 boots, with the smaller ones being returned.
