Please click here. What a great idea! Due to a lack of flexibility, I use this to stretch my splits and actively open my hips. This is an easy to use product, but make sure your door is locked, that you warm up for 10 minutes before, and that your foot/hand are not buckled too tightly. With this new stretch, I'm able to do deeper stretches, as you can see in the video below.

It's that easy. The product gets the job done. It has no weight in it to be able to hang on to a door when the door is open, so it isn't useful for hanging on the door.
