I believe you made an error in your calculations. You should draw a circle around your child's foot and then measure the highest point. My child's foot, fortunately, fits on an 8 x 11 sheet of paper. To draw around your child's foot, you'll most likely have to tape two pieces of paper together. Please be aware that after only a few months of use, these ballet shoes have peeled.
Leather appears to be used for the heel and toe pads. The slipper itself appears to be leather, but after looking at the backing (the inside of the slipper), I believe it is synthetic. The fact that these are MADE IN CHINA is a disappointment to me. I will say, however, that we previously purchased canvas ones for our three-year-old, and he outgrew them in a matter of months. There was not a single smidgeon of a stretch in sight. He's a huge fan.
I ordered Big Kid sizes, but it appears that the shoe selection (where you choose which size to buy) does not correspond to the size chart, as sizes 11 and up are labeled as Little Kid. Sizes for Big Kids begin at size three. I've included a portion of the size chart below in case it's of use to anyone. It appears to be a size 11. I see where this is confusing because the picture shows an 11 Toddler versus an 11 Little Kid as listed on the size chart. I hope this clarifies things. br>br>br>br>10 M US Toddler- From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 6 2/7''/16 6 2/7''/16 6 2/7''/16 6 2/7 11 M US Little Kid 0cm br>br>0cm br>br>0cm br>br>0cm br>br From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 6 1/2''/16, 6 1/2''/16, 6 1/2''/16, 6 br>br>11cm br>br>5cm br>br>5cm br Little Kid in the United States of America (US) - 5 M From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 6 5/7''/17cm br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>b From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 6 8/9''/17 is a six-eighth-eighth-eighth- 5 cm br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> Little Kid in the United States of America (US) - 5 M From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 13 M US Little Kid- 7 1/9''/18cm br>br> From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 7 2/7''/18 7 2/7''/18 7 2/7''/18 7 2/7 13cm br>br>5cm br>br>5cm br>br>5cm b Little Kid in the United States of America (US) - 5 M From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 7 1/2''/19cm br>br>1. 7 1/2''/19cm br>br>2. 7 1/2''/19cm br> Little Kid in the United States of America (US) - 5 M From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 7 2/3'' (19) 7 2/3'' (19) 7 2/3'' (19) 2 M US Little Kid- 5cm br>br>5cm br>br>5cm br>br>5cm br> From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 7 7/8''/20cm br>br>2. 7 7/8''/20cm br>br>3. 7 7/8''/20cm br Little Kid in the United States of America (US) - 5 M From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 1/9''/20, 8 1/9'', 8 1/9'', 8 3 M US Big Kid- 5 cm br>br>5 cm br>br>5 cm br>br>5 cm br>br>5 From the tip of your toes to the end of your toes, 8 1/4''
I buy in your child's size, which is exact.

Depending on her growth, we go through at least one, if not two pairs of ballet shoes per year. She'll be 7 in a few days. I was hesitant to give these a try because I've always bought her the more expensive brands with larger widths. These are without a doubt her personal favorites. These are the only ones she's ever been able to put on herself (bye-bye-bye-bye-bye-bye-bye-bye-bye-bye-bye Bye, bye, bye, bye, bye, bye, by ) and she uttered the criss-cross criss-cross criss-cross cri The comfort of crossed straps over single straps is superior. She is currently wearing a 2 wide in New Balance and Stride Rite, and is about to transition to a 2-wide in New Balance and Stride Rite. 1/2 in order to gain some additional growing space. These ballet shoes come in a size 3 that will fit her perfectly. Snug, as ballet shoes should be, but with just enough room at the toes to allow her to wear them for the entire season. Leather that is both soft and durable. The insole has a nice amount of padding. And it's nearly half the price of the other brands we've been using! She's only had them for two weeks, so I'll report back later in the year on how well they've held up. But for the time being, we are ecstatic!.
If you're going to a ballet class, don't bother with these. They don't seem to go together. They'd be fine for a costume or a child who just wanted to pretend to be a ballerina, but if you're taking classes, spend the extra $8 on real ballet shoes.
—> Check the sizing information in the small print. Ballet shoe sizes are typically not interchangeable with street shoe sizes. br>br>For more experienced ballet dancers, this shoe is not appropriate. It's possible that you'll be able to use it for Ballet 1 and 2. br>br>I bought these shoes for a show, and they made it through tech week and two performances. My daughter, on the other hand, wore the same shoe in pink to a Ballet 4 class and it fell apart after the first lesson. br>br>I gave this shoe a one-star rating because it may be suitable for beginners.
e. , sneakers. any that can be tightened with a small bow. I was delighted to come across these, which he can easily put on. I like how you were able to determine the correct size by measuring his foot; it was very accurate. Otherwise, I'm faced with the challenge of guessing a size that doesn't always correspond to the size of a boy's shoe!.
I bought these for my ten-year-old son, and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The leather is extremely nice and soft. I'm very impressed with the quality for the price; I'm used to getting her the more expensive brand-name ones, but she only does virtual classes, so I figured I'd save some money, and I'm very pleased with the results.
My daughter always wore Bloch, which I thought was the best; it is expensive, but she outgrows it so quickly, so I bought this shoe only for the summer ballet class and had low expectations. To be honest, I believe this is of excellent quality, and I appreciate the lack of a tie. It still looks great even without it. Because ballet shoes are supposed to fit tight and well, make sure you order the correct size.
They're soft, and they fit my daughter's mid-width feet perfectly; she says they're comfortable to dance in, and she takes jazz, ballet, and hip hop classes. If you aren't performing in a recital with a strict dress code, I think these will suffice. They are very reasonably priced for the quality and comfort they provide, especially since children outgrow shoes every year.
These are a waste of time. The soles of the shoes are made of two pieces of genuine suede, but the rest of the shoe is made of pleather. This small piece on the back is made of the same cheap poly-cotton as the rest of it. pleather with a back. Inside, there is a tag that says "made in China," but no other information about the material.
