It is a size for men.
I removed my previous response because I mistook you for asking about men's dance belts, which are notoriously small. I believe you should stick with the SMALL option. I'm 5'6" and weigh 138 pounds, so I'm smaller than you. I'm wearing a SMALL and it's a little big on me, especially in terms of leg length. It will most likely be an excellent fit for you.
It's meant to be used for dancing. It's not shapewear; it has a looser fit and isn't meant to hide anything.

5 stars. Fits well, appears to be well-made for the price, is very stretchy, and is reasonably pricedbr>br>The seller provides free shipping and uses DHL. Is there any service that is worse? It took me over a week to travel the 3 miles from the shop to my house (in the same city). They could have stuffed it into a regular envelope and mailed it for pennies on the dollar. It would have arrived the next day if it had been number 42. What you pay for is exactly what you get. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> The seams are developing a lot of loose threads after a few uses, but there are no holes, tears, or breaks. The small fits a little loose on me and is larger than a large in other dance brands. I'm a 29" waist and fairly tall; the small fits a little loose on me and is larger than a large in other dance brands. Although the material is thin, it is sufficiently durable. These were purchased for my 16-year-old son, who is a dancer. I'm 5'8" and weigh around 135 pounds. In a small size. It was the perfect fit. He requested that I purchase a number of additional items. They're black and charcoal, and he's got them in a variety of colors. The charcoal is extremely dark in color.
I placed an order for shorts. stirrups (sp?) were sent to me. Tights with a full foot encasement and an arch opening to pull the ankle up. Because the color is accurate, I'm just going to cut them if they fit. If the shorts were too long, I was going to cut them anyway.
It was very comfortable to wear and stayed put while dancing.
They fit perfectly and can be rolled up if you need them to be shorter. I bring them on cruises to use at the gym, and when they're rolled up, they take up no space in the suitcase.
It looks great under costumes and is very comfortable to wear. The garment is not clingy around the thighs. In a co-working environment, this is ideal for making quick changes. area for ed dressing.
Thin. It's not pretty. Cheap. 'Ugly'seam is a term that describes a seam that is both ugly and It has an excessively high speed limit. They are not something I ever wear.
This is precisely what was required.
