It wouldn't be a good idea to put boxing gloves in the washing machine. They will get
I do believe these gloves provide an excellent experience when training with heavy bags as well as sparring, mitt work,
There is no difference in size of the gloves within. The difference in ounces arises from the padding inside the glove.
In contrast to internal fit, it is more about what you are doing with the gloves rather than how big they are. If you have an average size, the 16 ounce gloves should fit your needs for training, sparring,

I think they looked pretty cool and the brand was well-known. The price was good, As soon as they arrived, I put them on my heavy bag and beat on it a bit. I was very happy with the padding and fit of the shoes. A significant issue on one of the gloves is that the VENUM patch was placed upside down on the strap. As I wasn't aware of it for a long time, it is not a big deal. The price I paid for this item did not bother me at all. The only thing my opponent notices is that I am not hitting him hard enough.
This is an entry-level position This is a very nice glove by a large brand. They look cool, but do not have any padding or Despite not having been that intensive to my hands, my knuckles were suffering quite a bit. As a consequence, I returned the Elite versions and bought the regular versions. As it turns out, the Elites turned out to be twice as expensive, but they were also twice as good with regards.
decided to wait around six months to review these, which I think is the responsible thing to do for an informative review. It was great at first, but after a few minutes, the pieces begin to fall apart (but only on the inside). Whatever the case may be, I still use There is enough protection here for someone like me who punches hard. A snug fit and an overall design that is flawless can be found here It's very easy for your hand to fit within this glove since there are no strange spaces inside. In my opinion, Venum could have earned a five-star rating, but unfortunately they should have invested in a better lining on the inside.
Unless you plan on doing anything more than heavy bag work during your boxing class, you'll probably be okay with these gloves at first. I tried another set of gloves (of the same weight) after using these for nearly a year and was horrified at how bad they fit. and knuckle area of the glove is very large and causes my hands slide around, inside the glove, when I hit. Once I started sparring, I started experiencing blisters on both thumb / index / middle finger knuckles. It was impossible for me to heal blisters since I did box every day. Aside from the padding on the knuckles, the rubber has started to crack as well. As part of a recent purchase, I got a pair of T3's to loan to friends from class that come to my classes. Actually, with Venum Contender gloves, you're not going to use them for much else. It would be best if you spend a little extra cash and avoid these gloves if you're going to be serious about boxing. many cases, avoiding boxing / mma gloves altogether is the smartest choice.
Would have been better if it had not broken after two generally made from a very good quality and did not break at the usual places, like my first Title gloves had (between the thumb and index finger) The outer tip of your finger (at the end). Sparring is also great with this! I like the padding around the knees area it is kinda comfortable for 16 oz. However, please note! Within not even 2 months, while I was using it daily for mostly pad/bag work (I also frequented the local nail salon a lot over the past 2 months), the outer material around my fingers in the middle of my thumb broke, causing a hole. However, there is nothing to be concerned about, they still work just fine. Yet, of course, you don't want to have around your fingers those "white things" which are in extra padding. Will use for fitness kickboxing and only for light sparring now, probably will buy the elite ones for more intense sparring in the future.
It has been just a few weeks since I started Venum was a better choice than other brands for me because I wanted to save money on gear. There is nothing to worry about with these gloves. There are some reviews that say the stitching rips fast. Mine hasn't yet, but I am sure it will within a short period of time. Cheap is the feeling they get. If I have an extra $20 or so, I'll probably just spend it Next time, you should invest in a better glove from a better brand. If you are just starting and want to save, these gloves are better than Walmart ones.
5'3" and 125lbs so these gloves are perfect for padding and support for my wrist. I end up looking like wreck it Ralph bc they are wider than my other gloves, but my other gloves aren't as comfy as these so I don't mind it. My friends and family compliment me constantly on them and I would definitely buy another one when I need one.
As a result, I will review the product once I have seen how it has held As the padding appears to be good and balanced in density, I could not possibly imagine that you will hurt your sparring partner without protective You are also not going to be able to use the heavy bags with it. I agree that the Velcro on boxing gloves is the strongest Velcro I've ever touched (you have to yank hard). Compared to the other two gloves I own in the same price range, I really like that they do not bend and give in the wrist line when you rock them back and forth. Maybe they won't be the same over time. After I fixed my wraps, I tried them on to see how they would feel. They fit so much better than my other two 16oz gloves which are both much tighter than these wraps. Even though I don't feel tight and uncomfortable, I am assured that my hands will not suffocate during workouts. I do not even wrap my hands tightly. While they are bigger than most gloves, I prefer having extra space rather than being crammed up and having my hands become fatigued. They are held in place by wraps and they cannot move. Adding anything to the list will be done as soon as I can.
