It was very fast to receive these chains. I am very pleased with them. There's no doubt that these chains are worth the money, I have a 6FT Everlast heavy bag, and these chains appeared to be too long for it, so I looped them through the bag and connected them to the top, that seems to have worked. Thank you very much for sending them to me. I'm glad that I got them since you can't get them at any retail store such as Dicks, Sport's Authority, etc. There was no shortage of places to look. Thank you for letting me know about.

Although I'm sure I do give the heavy bag a lot of punishment (at least I think I do), it handles the 100lb bag with no problem. You can look no further if you are looking for a swivel and chain that can handle a heavy bag this one will probably satisfy your needs.

The top hook on the item had rust, and the S loops on the bottom were all different sizes when it arrived. The size of some was different from the size of others. In any case, the heavy bag allowed them to fit in there. All but one hook could not fit in the bag due to its narrowness. bent it to fit despite having to spend a lot of time doing so. While this is a good product based on how it does what it is supposed to, the actual product did not turn out to be as pictured.

Although the service was prompt and the price was good, the main S hook was a bit I hung the bag a few weeks ago, but soon after the S hook became totally deformed. A full size heavy bag could not be accommodated. There is another one that is working that I had on hand.

The item comes with additional six inches of chain above and below An image of which is not shown. Hanging heavy bags from the ceiling is great for those who need to support the weight. As such, when not needed to extend the height of the bag by six inches (like a heavy bag stand) it is best to leave it hanging on top of the chains holding it up. In this way, it makes it particularly loud from the clanging of the chains. You're going to have to work hard to get A superman could withstand this reaction, but unless you can bend steel, you can not.
