The title of this product is They arrived very quickly after I ordered them, and I am very satisfied with them! is no doubt that these chains are worth the money, I have a 6FT Everlast heavy bag and these chains were too long for the bag, so I looped them through the bag and hooked them to the top, that worked for me

The heavy bag takes a lot of abuse (or at least i believe it does), but I believe it does a terrific job of handling a 100lb bag. You now have the perfect chain and swivel to use on a heavy bag if you are in need of a durable one.

It is too small for the hooks! One thing I liked about this product was that it arrived very fast

There was rust on the top hook when the package arrived, and the bottom S loops were all different shapes. There were some that were bigger and some that I decided to go with this because the heavy bags would fit them at least. Only one hook did not fit in the heavy bag because it was so narrow. It took me a long time to bend it to fit the hole. The product is a good one for the most part because it does what it is supposed to, however the picture does not depict what was delivered.

There was no strong enough S hook to keep the bag in place

I found the main S hook to be smaller than expected, despite the good price and prompt service. It took several weeks for the S hook to deform and fail after I hung the bag. There wasn't enough room for a heavy bag to fit in it. I happened to have another one laying around that works as well.

Those who want to hang heavy bags from the ceiling can do that easily. In this case, you can let it hang on top of the chains holding the bag when it is not required to use the extra six inches (such as a heavy bag stand). Because of this, it is VERY loud as the chains bang against one another. You're going to need some patience to get If you are not Superman, and you cannot bend steel, then there is no chance.
