I bought this punching bag hanger set to use with a safety harness for movement support, but I haven't used it yet because I'm still putting the pieces together. br>br>However, I've looked over the spring and secured the carabiners and rotation hook. Everything fits together nicely and appears to have a firm grip. br>br>My only disappointment, and it's a minor one, is that I misjudged the opening size. I had hoped to secure the swivel mount by hooking it over my pull-up frame. This has been postponed because the circumference of the hook and the circumference of my frame do not match (due in part to the pulley system). The structure of the frame is quite solid. br>br>Based on my initial testing, I'm pleased with the decision and believe it will be beneficial to me. Once all of the extra pieces are ready to be attached, I'll have to update this.

This is what I use for my punching bag, it's very sturdy, my punching bag weighs 120 pounds, and I've been using it for quite some time with no problems.
