The bag measures 44 inches in length, with a 21-inch chain. When the chain is spread open on the bag D rings, the overall length of the two is slightly shorter. By the way, it's an excellent bag.

I like the swivel at the top and how easy it is to attach. It makes a huge difference.
We made it work despite the fact that it was a little long for my requirements. It hung too low for my bag, and I wished it could be adjusted. I had to purchase additional parts in order to hang it at the desired height, but the quality is satisfactory.
Overall, even if you're using a regular heavy bag, it's just too long for a 7 foot bag stand; I'm not sure how you'd make it work with a banana bag. It's great if you do a lot of low kick practice, but most bag users won't be able to get it high enough to condition punching at a higher opponent without a lot of tinkering. br>br>The swivel performs admirably and is reasonably priced. Simply purchase a swivel and forego the chains. If you have a more expensive bag and need to prevent strap twisting, you can always make your own straps for a lot less money. The swivel on its own is enough to keep 90 of the strap from twisting though.
This product is durable and can easily withstand my abuse; However, after a good strike, one or more of the hooks will pop off; I use this primarily for boxing, and while I'm not the weakest puncher, I'm certainly no Tyson, so I'm not sure why the hooks would pop out so frequently. I finally solved the problem by wrapping tape around the hooks.
I hung a 70-pound bag from the ceiling of my basement with these. The chains are extremely strong and held the bag (along with my children climbing on it) in place without issue. The swivel was also very useful.
Strong chain that did exactly what I needed it to do; I wish I could take out a couple of the links that hold my heavy bag to the stand, but they're welded on. I did, however, remove the links with a heavy-duty saw (I needed to do so in order to raise my heavy bag higher). br>br>4- if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is the place to The inability to remove the links earns a one-star rating.
