This is what the product specification says In order to get up to 350 lbs, I used 70 lbs, so you should be fine with 100 lbs. In addition, you should hang it from a joist or beam on the ceiling.
It would probably be difficult to bring your bag along with you, especially if it's heavy. The only way I would consider using this would be if it was lighter and had a spring in line.

There is a crack in the black metal bracket that holds the bag's weight. There's a good chance that it'll need to be replaced sometime soon. The news does not make me.
A lab bag that measures 80 cm x 40 cm could be hung with two of the four screws that came with it. My reasoning was 1) the screws are so big and hard to sink that I needed to do this. large I was worried that if I sank two more, the beam would split. Good news is that 2 screws should suffice for a bag that weighs 80 pounds. The value is The $20 price tag consists just of a few pieces of hardware These items do not appear to be available at the hardware store. It is especially important not to buy a bracket that rotates 360 degrees.
My first attempt was to suspend the bag by just one I've hooked you In comparison, this set up has a spring which is more secure as well as quieter when punches are delivered.
As soon as I started using the heavy bag attached to this product, it dropped from the ceiling.
I thought at first that the brackets weren't thick or strong enough to support the weight of a 250lb bag, but they are holding up Since it is in my living room, I don't usually leave the bag mounted there, but during the Kick Boxing routine, the bag bounces and swings heavily, so the bracket seems to be holding up My only wish would have been that the bracket was longer to let it cross beams more easily so as not to put so much weight on such a large My only reason for rating the product a four star is because of this feature.
the item felt a little too light as soon as I pulled it out of the package! There is almost a metallic feel to it. It’s not my fault I didn’t install it, I didn’t use it, and I don’t abuse it, so I am not competent to speak on that part of it, but I honestly have trouble trusting it. The iron they claim it to be is a little too light and does not seem heavy duty enough for me. I may be over reacting and the item may actually be fine, but I am a little concerned about the iron's lightness. It is because of this that I only gave it.
A very good product. It's been on the go for a while. I stretched out the o ring, but I just got a heavy duty carabiner to replace it. There is a 100-pound bag of it. A hole for weightlifting and heavy bags was used 3 to 4 times a week for 3 to 4 years but is showing signs of wear since it has been used so often. That's a solid piece of equipment. I would strongly recommend it.
A very solid product and an easy installation. To hang heavy bags close to the ceiling, I needed a heavy bag hanger. To hang my heavy bag spring, I hung it directly from Directly below the heavy bag is a spring that supports the bag.
