The size ranges from small to large. Designed with a strap so that they can be fit on any hand size, these gloves are easy to use. In our training sessions I train with my wife, who has much smaller hands than I do, and she uses the same gloves I do.
You can do it. How thick you wrap your hands and how big they are would dictate how much you can wrap. XL gloves usually fit me well and I can wrap my hands with these mitts without sacrificing too much space.

The company's nbsp They're not very curved but they do the job. On the inside, they are very comfortable and have a slight bend in the wrist, which is good. Over all, I'm impressed with the product. The velcro strap is convenient and definitely worth the money. There is no need to worry about Ringside products. It was only because they are not as curvy as I had expected that they didn't get the full 5 stars.
They were a hit in my beginners class. In addition to providing enough cushion, the mitts are not too heavy to cause students to squander energy and become too heavy to keep up with combinations So far she hasn't given me any trouble since she has been using them for just over two months.

I've had these for a while now and they are like my first pair. A great quality pair of Ringside focus mitts. Those are very similar to the first pair I bought and are comfortable as well. My hands are large, and these mitts fit me just fine. They are comfortable and provide great support.
I have been using them for several months, and they are still holding up well. Despite their overall strength, their only weakness is the lack of padding on the backside of the hand. It does not protect well while punching with the mitts and someone pats or parries the backside.
