The quality of the material and the feel of the mitts are pretty good for what I paid for, based on my use of them in the months leading up to the pandemic. They were originally purchased as backup mitts while on vacation in Florida over the holidays. While I have never worn one of the Everlast EL or their Lonsdale boxers, but when I started using them in two months, they made my boxing classes more enjoyable. This can be inconvenient, irritating, and even dangerous. If you have large hands, these gloves will be ideal, and I'm sure they were designed for Big Boys like Light Heavyweights and Heavyweights whose hand mass can compensate for such a wide mitt span, but for most people who use this on a regular basis and have smaller hands, there is very little way to tighten the mitts to properly secure your palms within the mitts so that they don't slide or give when you're adjusting to the person sparring with you, and that is Something like this could have easily been solved by adding a more secure velcro strap or something similar. Overall, this is a good mitt for the money, but if you don't have large hands and can't adjust with this one, there are several others in the same price range that can hug your hands better to absorb your sparring partner's punches without injuring them.
These were purchased to aid in the learning of boxing for my nephew. I've seen a lot of focus mitts in my years of going to and leaving gyms. These are of good quality and have a nice design. br>br>I've only had them for a few weeks, but I'd buy them again without hesitation.
I'm a boxing coach, and this is a fantastic way to train people without breaking the bank.
These are high-quality mitts that are better than mitts twice their price. br>br>These hawk mitts are of exceptional quality, far superior to those costing twice as much. br>br>You can tell this company knows what they're doing.
They're of good quality, especially for the price, and I'm sure the more expensive brands have a little more adjustment for your hands (these do, but not much), but that hasn't been an issue. I bought them to use while "training" my nephew (who is only 8 years old), and based on that limited experience, I am fairly confident that they would withstand an adult's hits for a very long time, as they are made of the same pho leather material as a lot of athletic training equipment.
Extremely long lasting. These were purchased for my son, who is a karate and kickboxing enthusiast. They're perfect, and I've already noticed an improvement in my son's kicks!.
I like them, but the first thing I notice when I open the package is that a 2 inch section of the seam has stitching missing. I would have given this product a higher rating if the first impression had not been so negative; quality control is simply not up to par.
I don't know much about these mitts besides the fact that they're about right for the price, and they're tough in their own right, but that doesn't really apply to the wearer. In the wrong places, it's tough - I tried it on a friend who had gone insane for a while, and it didn't absorb much, if anything at all. The cushioning is barely there, and I'm not sure if it's broken in enough to soften blows after about 20 hours of use. At the conclusion of a 30-minute session, Every time I used it for a minute, my wrist became stiff. It's worth it for a child under the age of 15 who doesn't have a lot of punching ability, but I'm not going to use these with my peers!.
