The mitts fit my large hands, so I believe they would fit yours as well, but they are not expensive. Buying some from a boxing website in the US is the best option.

Since these are my first pair, I do not know a whole lot about boxing pads. I can tell you that you don't even feel the punches if you use them properly! In order to use it correctly, you should avoid holding it completely still so as not to break your wrist. The beginner should be able to use these. It does get sweaty as you go through the workout, but I think that's to be expected. It helps you develop your punching skills and to make use of real-life scenarios instead of shadow boxing or hitting the bag for practice. Thank you so much, my gym is closed because of coronavirus, so I'm really happy with these.
These are the first You can use them effectively if you use them correctly.
