had been afraid these would cut into my thighs, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them on. It fits me in a 14 An XL was the right size for me in regular shorts. When I bought them for spin class, the only issue I had was when they rose while I sat. Seeing how my legs were built, I expected that to happen. The material is really soft and supportive. It takes me about an hour and a half to walk to work from my home. This is the size 8 that I wear The thighs on my jeans are thick and I wear a size 10. The size of the container I bought is Running/hiking is easy with these because they don't ride up or sag when your pockets are filled. A tight waist band does not appeal to me as a runner, and compression does not appeal to me either. It is recommended to size up if your thighs are thicker, you have a smaller waist, or you like a less restrictive fit. It is thin, but still breathes well during the summer.

I love them! Their services were just what I needed. This top is made of thick fabric, but not so thick as to be This garment is just the right amount of stretchy. I am leaving off a point because the size chart was so incorrect! I am so grateful I saw the note at the bottom that said order your regular size. If I had used the size chart I would have ordered two sizes too large.
