Questions & Answers
The volume is controlled by a side switch.
Without unplugging the display, there is no way to turn it off. Only the timer is controlled by the on/off switch.
You can program it to start at any time.
It comes with no instructions, just buttons with arrows for working and resting time. Use the arrows to set the working and resting time, and that's all there is to it. Restart the count by turning it off and on again. When you turn it off or unplug it, the times you program will be saved in the memory.

Remember how much of a difference a good pair of wraps or gloves made in your training results? This Gym Timer is right up there with those finds. br>br>$130 now appears to be a lot of money for something that an iPhone/iPad could do. This bad boy, on the other hand, is long-lasting, ridiculously simple to program, and loud enough to drown out any music or fan noise. There will be no more inaudible midget screens. It's also just the right size to stand out without being too big. The lack of options in this timer may be criticized by some. But that is precisely why I enjoy it. Schedule your rounds, take a break, and then let it all go. Reminders of 30/10 seconds remaining, as well as double beeps at the start and end of each round. To allow for a variety of conditioning drills, play around with round lengths and rests. It remembers previous settings when unplugged (which I do when not in use = no power button). What is it not? br>br> A timer for CrossFit and TABATA. Round/rest intervals have some limitations. Even so, with a little imagination, this could conceivably be useful. If you're a serious boxer or fighter, this is the place to be. He or she is serious about his or her training. When it comes to initial purchases, this should be at the top of the list. Maybe I'm just old school, but a proper boxing timer makes the rounds and sweat fly by in such a beautiful and simple way.
It's solid and well-made. Unlike other models that limit time/rest setting options, this model is simple to use and has a flexible timer setting. It has three volume levels (via the side switch with the 0, I, and II settings), making it suitable for use in a variety of settings from small to large. I finally purchased a timer for my home gym and am extremely pleased with my decision.
It's a lovely piece of software that's also very simple to use. In my gym, there is a lot of full-contact training and cross-fitters. Both groups benefit from the use of a timer. I've also noticed that some of my patients are using the timer to complete rehab exercises.
More sound options would be nice. I'd like to be able to disable the warning sounds and only hear the start and end of each round. br>br>An on/off switch would also be useful. br>br>Aside from that, it's a nice clock that I'm glad I have.
This timer is fantastic.
This is one of my favorite things; set it and forget it.
Love it.
I bought this to keep track of my training intervals while doing an MMA workout. This product is very easy to use, it has been very reliable, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to do interval type workouts. It's very high quality, the sound is excellent, and it has withstood a lot of abuse, including being knocked over several times and still working like new.
