This ostensibly training tool has won us over. To be honest, at our house, it's an unexpected party game. Everyone who passes by feels compelled to pause and engage in some form of activity. It's not difficult to get a few bops in, but if you go too hard, it will retaliate. It began as a reflex exercise for me, but it has since evolved into our favorite drinking game. Nothing is more amusing than a group of drunks attempting to hit a ball as if they were a pack of manic ally cats. We haven't moved up balls yet because we like having teeth, and punching this bad boy too hard results in a big whap in the face (unless you're quick enough to block or dodge, but it's connected to your head, so good luck). Our next-door neighbors were so taken with it that they purchased one for themselves. I'm sure it's fantastic for its intended purpose, but it's also one of the best toys for adults.

This is fantastic. To begin with, you get a lot for your money: three balls, extra elastic, extra clips, a storage bag, and a nice box. This is a lot of fun and a great low-intensity workout all in one. Although it will take some practice, you can increase the intensity by using the more difficult balls, moving around, moving your head, and so on. It is also very useful for improving hand-eye coordination. I'm using it to improve the functionality of my left hand, as I'm a right-handed person who can only open doors with it.

Getting started has proven to be a little more difficult than I anticipated. It took me about three days of one-hour practice per day to get to the point where I could consistently hit the ball rather than just hitting air. It's a fun sport to play both indoors and outdoors. I had a shoulder problem last year and couldn't go to physical therapy because of it. This has proven to be extremely beneficial, as well as entertaining. Just remember to be patient when you're first getting started.

One of my sons wears gloves, while the other wraps himself in a blanket. Every day, they're improving! I would strongly suggest it.

When I bought this, I didn't have high hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The headband is soft and secure, and the balls come in a wide range of densities. br>br>The elastic line is a little do-it-yourself, but it's set up in such a way that you can easily replace it with a dollar's worth of material. br>br>If I needed it again, I'd buy it again.

Allow yourself plenty of time to play with this reflex ball. It's important to keep in mind that it has a retaliatory mechanism. After you've mastered the timing, you can move on to upper cuts and hooks. Every martial arts gym should have one of these.

The product is excellent. It's a lot of fun to use and it really helps you improve your reflexes. I use it at home and at work to unwind and get some quick exercise. I recommend it for a fun and useful workout.

This was on my husband's wish list, so we got it for him for Father's Day. He's 28 years old and he's having a blast! Working from home has allowed him to do and watch more boxing workouts. br>He claims to have noticed a sharpening of his reflexes. br>br>He loves using it anywhere! It's also a lot of fun for our daughters to try it out. He even brought it on vacation with us! What a wonderful present!.
