I'm sure you've already received them, but just in case anyone else is reading this, here they are. I think it's great for kids (from the age of a few reflexes to adulthood), but I bought kids safety glasses to go with it when I got it for my nephews as a gift. The string has a habit of catching in your eye - My eye is still sore several days after it happened, so I'm pretty sure it scratched the cornea. That being said, simply get some children's safety glasses and let them loose; this is a lot of fun and a great way to burn energy and keep reflexes sharp, even when you're at home!
Each is a little different in terms of density. The black ball is slightly denser to help control it.

This is a fantastic set-up! It takes a little getting used to at first, but if you start with the black ball and small punches (think tapping it with your fists) until you get the hang of it, you should be fine. I've progressed to the red ball in less than a week. The headband is well-adjustable, and it fits me perfectly, despite the fact that I have a fairly large head. The balls are soft and spongy, so they can hit you and not hurt you. br>br>You could probably make something similar for a few dollars less with a tennis ball, some elastic string, and either a headband or a hat of some kind, but for the time and money you'd invest, and for the material of the balls in the set, with the ability to increase the difficulty level, I would recommend spending the few extra dollars on this s.

This is something I've used in both my apartment and at the gym - After a year away from the speed bag, but a few days of practice with this reflex ball, I was ready to take on the speed bag. The headband is odd, and the faster ball has a white rubber string, but overall, it's a fun way to improve quick eye and hand coordination.
This was purchased in order to improve pickleball hand-eye coordination. I didn't expect much from a ball suspended from my head on a string. I was only able to get a 2- on the ball. The first day, you should do it three times. Two times a day, I practiced for 5 minutes. Because my reflexes had greatly improved, I was able to completely transform my pickleball game in the kitchen in just two weeks! Great training tool with unexpectedly quick results! I am a 53-year-old woman.
This TEKXYZ product has a three-tiered difficulty system. br>br> Although both punching balls appear to be the same size and weight (very light and soft for user safety), the black ball's string appears to be less taut than the red ball's. Beginners should use the black ball. After you've punched the ball, you'll have more reaction time to see it coming at you. The headband is also of excellent quality (with a Velcro head size adjustment that is very comfortable). br>br>I've had a lot of practice with kicking and punching equipment, so take my word for it: Spending more money on a higher-end brand is a waste of money because you don't always get what you pay for. On rare occasions, you'll strike it rich and pay a fraction of the price for what you get. TEKXYZ is the diamond, in my opinion. the- reflex punching ball kits in a ruff of ruff.
