Our gym climbing rope is braided polyester and is extremely durable. Climbing ropes are extremely durable and provide excellent grip. The rope's end is protected by heat-shrunk vinyl sleeves. This heavy-duty material helps the rope last longer by preventing it from fraying.

These clamps are held securely on the rope with two hex head cap screws and locking nuts, even though they can easily hold 1,000 lbs, we only rate them for a MAX load of 300 lbs for the highest level of safety.

In physical education, wrestling, gymnastics, military, and cross-fit settings, this rope is an excellent tool for building upper-body strength, improving grip, burning fat, and increasing endurance.

1. Measurements The diameter is 5", and the lengths are 6', 10', 15', 20', 25', and 30'.

Please DO NOT use these for anything other than exercise climbing ropes, such as lifting, towing, personal fall protection, pulling, or anything else.

Is this a rope that is only meant to be used indoors?

Ours is hung from garage rafters, but it would also work well outside if you have a sturdy place to hang it.

When you put weight on it, does it give at all? How do I order a 20-foot length? I don't see a way to specify the length. ?

Is it possible to use this as a fight rope?

Due to the weight of this rope, it is not recommended, but we do sell battle ropes.

I really like it. I don't use it for climbing; instead, I attach it to a weight sled and pull it as part of my workout. It's easy to grip, stiff but not too stiff to work with, and tough as hell. I really like it.

This was a far superior product that proved to be extremely long-lasting. For the quality of construction, the item is reasonably priced. It's a hit with our kids, and it's the perfect size for their hands. They're eight and eleven years old respectively.

It can be used both inside and outside

It needs to be broken in before it can be used for practice. For my small garage, this is ideal. Climbs and interval holds can be practiced for a long time. I was training for the Spartan race, so I had plenty of time to get this, and now my entire family uses it. It did, however, take a few weeks to break it in. It was a little stiff when it arrived, but I guess that's to be expected. I used a simple heavy bag anchor, which is strong enough to support my entire 180-pound body.

I really liked this rope. It's a little slick at first, but it'll break in with use. The quality is excellent, and it is ideal for gymnasts.

it is difficult to hold on to I like how the hook is incorporated into the design. The diameter is something I really like. br>br>I'm not a fan of how slick it is. It is difficult to hold on to.

The rope is of good quality and the price is excellent

I purchased the 12 foot length, which is ideal. The rope is the same one I use to teach my gymnastics students, so it's a little difficult to grip at first, but that's how you gain strength.
