Our gym battle rope has a black nylon sleeve cover and is braided high tenacity polyester. Strong 3-strand twisted design. An extra black nylon sleeve runs through the middle of the rope to protect it from ripping, tearing, and abrasive damage.

The rope's ends are covered by heat-shrunk vinyl sleeves. This heavy-duty material helps the rope last longer by preventing it from fraying. The waterproof sleeves allow you to exercise even if you don't have gloves on.

In physical education, wrestling, gymnastics, military, and cross-fit settings, this rope is an excellent tool for increasing endurance, improving grip, burning fat, and building undulation. Boxers, swimmers, martial artists, baseball, basketball, football, and tennis players will all benefit from this workout.

I have no idea. The 2" diameter rope, on the other hand, is too big to use for a workout. I bought the 2" 40' and later regretted not getting the 1. I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 240 pounds. To be honest, I can't imagine any Lady exercising with a 2-pound weight. rope of varying diameter

Wife bought these to work out at home during the quarantine, and we bought the 30-foot length to store in our garage. br>br>She persuaded a 56-year-old man to try Battle Ropes, and I have to admit, I was impressed. I really like it. br>br>The rope is well-made, and the weight is similar to what you'd find in a gym. We anchored them in concrete, and they have withstood the test of time without showing any signs of wear. The molded grips are durable and comfortable. Purchase after purchase after purchase.

CHEAP MATERIAL THAT EASILY BREAKS

The second time I used the rope, the handle fell off and the sleeve shot up half the rope. It took about an hour to get the rope back to the sleeve's edge, and now the sleeve and handle are both broken. This was a one-hundred-dollar investment.

This is a fantastic setup. It'll easily last me the rest of my life. The ropes are a lot of fun to use and very effective, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. I can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied with these battle ropes.
